Christoph Felder Since founding his company CFF Films in
Cologne, Germany almost 25 years ago, Christoph Felder has travelled the world
with his camera. He has made over 50 documentaries and reportages
for German and international television audiences on a wide variety of
subjects ranging from a homeless priest, to serial killers, to a Liberian illegal
immigrant, to construction workers in Dubai to wasps. He collaborateswith
most of the German broadcasters as well as with arte. The producer/director/cameraman's
socially motivated humanistic films often focus on those people who are left
behind or ignored by society, giving them a voice. The filmmaker began his career as a
bookseller and then he worked as assistant director and thereafter as
director for WDR TV. Christoph Felder was born in 1958 in
Cologne and studied Germanlanguage & literature, theater, and philosophy
at the University of Cologne.
